A few weeks back I registered for a certificate to conduct business under an assumed name with the Saginaw County Clerks office, and that name is the "GVSU Rugby Old Boys Association." It was reciently recognized as a "New Business" in the Saginaw News. Prety cool huh!The reason i did this was to open an business account at the bank and I need to do this in order to do that.
